Cancellation Policy

At 21 Melrose Beauty Lounge, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we ask that you provide AT LEAST 1 hour’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Guidelines: No Charge: Cancellations made up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, a fee of 30% of the service cost will be applied.
